Annual Fundraiser Live Auction on Saturday March 25th at 7PM

We will have our Annual Fundraiser Live Auction on Saturday, March 25^th, at 7 pm. We have nine great trips this year with hunting on four continents for animals ranging in size from blacktail deer to rhino.

We have an online-only auction again this year. It is online largely due to the need to make a decision regarding the location almost a year ago. At that time, we didn’t know what the COVID restrictions would be at this time. The auction site is:

Remember that this fundraiser is our main source of income for our conservation, education, and humanitarian efforts. Instead of just looking for a good deal, go ahead and buy the hunts that you want, knowing that the money is going to good causes.

For instance, we are supporting the Clayton Valley Charter High School Shotgun Sports program. We had the team coach speak at our March dinner meeting and they are doing an impressive job. Everyone on the team has to get their hunter safety certificate, so everyone on the team is exposed to how hunters benefit wildlife. Your donations are helping this happen.

We have had club members go on all of the hunting and the fishing trips in our auction, so we know that they are good hunts. I have been on the blacktail deer hunt and I am going on the red stag hunt in Argentina in May. Our chapter vice president has been on almost all of these trips, if not all of them.

Want to get up close and personal with a rhino? The white rhino darting hunt requires you to get very close for the air gun to deliver the dart to the right place. This should get your heart racing.

One of the more beautiful hunts is the roe deer hunt in the French countryside. It offers accommodations in a private lodge and there is an opportunity to add a wild boar to the hunt.
