Event Overview

Wednesday. February 18, 2026: Annual ‘Show and Tell’ Dinner for Members, Guests, and Friends of the Chapter.

Mark your calendars for a truly enjoyable evening. This is your chance to attend the annual dinner and hear about the exciting hunts and/or outdoor excursions members have experienced over the past year. You can ask questions, learn about their experiences, and find new opportunities for yourself.

WHEN: Wednesday, February 18th, 2026.

  • Doors open and bar available at 5:15–5:30 PM.
  • Dinner service begins at 6:05 PM, followed by a mini-silent auction.

WHERE: Zio Fraedo’s, 611 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, CA. 94523

COST: Members, guests, and friends of the Chapter are $70 per person (tax and gratuity included).

Guest Attendance and Registration Details

We warmly encourage all members to bring their spouse and/or guest(s) to this special evening event. Sharing this experience with friends and family will make the occasion even more memorable for everyone involved.

Dinner Menu

The evening will feature a full three-course dinner program, including hors d’oeuvres, a green salad w/house dressing, your choice of entrée—

  • Prime rib,
  • Rack of lamb,
  • Chicken parmesan,
  • Lasagna,
  • Vegetarian pasta, or
  • Fish of the day—

Dinner is followed by dessert and coffee or tea. The restaurant has a bar in our banquet room. Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and spirits) and soft drinks/sparkling water are available for purchase at the cash bar. Outside wine incurs a corkage fee—payable at the bar.

To Pay Online:

  • For Yourself: Click “Book a Member’s Dinner” and select your meal from the menu.

  • For Guests: 1. Click “Book a Guest Dinner” and select their meal. 2. To add more than one guest, click “Keep Shopping” to return to this page and repeat the process.

  • Checkout: All selections will be added to your cart and reflected in your grand total.

Please note: Seating is limited to first come–first served. We expect a good turnout. While we don’t discourage walk-ins, please note that your entrée selection (s) may be limited due to our RSVP process with the facility.
